
Move Changes:

Note 1: Moves such as Wrap, and the ones that have the same effect (that is, draining HP
	each turn to the foe in a passive way) had their effect improved. Now, instead of
	taking 1/16th of the total HP of the affected Pokmon, now drain 1/12th of HP. 
	
Note 2: With Normal Pokmon now been changed into Beast Type, the Moves still being Normal
		can't be used with STAB, thus can be considered totally "Neutral", and valuable for 
		their special effects mostly. 
		
Note 3: As of version 1.2, several moves got removed or reworked, and a couple of new effects 
        were created. One of them is similar to the move Dragon Tail that would appear on later 
		generations, it will deal damage and force switch but has low priority. 
		
		Look at the end of this file for specific changes. 
		
		The limit of 255 moves really puts a limit what can be done though...

	from 75 to 85. Fire Blast's description corrected, it said 100 Accuracy.
	
	Ember and Heat Tackle's Burning chance lowered to 15% from 20%.
	Fire Breath and Flame Wheel's Burning chance raised to 20% from 15%.
	
	Icy Wind' Accuracy raised from 85 to 90. 
	
	Snow Powder power raised from 60 to 70, effect changed to 25% chance to lower Sp. Atk.
	Accuracy was lowered from 100 to 90. 
	
	Octazooka's Accuracy Down effect lowered from 40% to 30%
	
	Sky Attack Accuracy raised from 80 to 90. Power from 130 to 135.
	Gust effect changed to 15% Chance of lowering Speed. Original effect was useless on this hack.
	
	Razor Wind had its Fliching Effect lowered from 15% chance to 10%.

	and a 50% chance of raising the user's Speed by 1 Level. 
	
	Spark had its Power lowered from 70 to 50, and a new 70 Power physical 
	Electric move has been added (more info below). 
	
	Snore had its Power raised from 60 to 75, and its Flinching effect lowered 
	from 30% to 20%. 
	
	Flail Effect had its Power tiers improved. You can read about it on the 
	list itself.
	
	Mud Bomb effect has changed. Now it has a 25% chance to lower the enemy's 
	Special Attack. 
	
	Mercury Shot now raises user's Special Defense. 
	Steel Bash now raises user's Defense.
	Acid now lowers the enemy's Special Attack. 
	Sludge now lowers the enemy's Attack.
	
	Hyper Beam had its power raised to 180. Skull Bash now acts as a Physical 
	version of Hyper Beam, with the same Power. Accuracy raised to 100.
	Believe or not, it's still not that incredibly powerful. 
	
	A few others have minor things that are not too important as different PP.
	
New Moves: 
	
	Last Resort added, it's a Special version of Flail. 
	
	Light Dash has been added. A phys. Electric-Type move that has 70 Power, 
	85 Acc. and 50% to raise Speed by 1 Level.  
	
	Ground Slam has been added. A physical Ground move that has 70 Power, 
	90 Accuracy and forces the enemy to switch Pokmon. It has low Priority.
	
	A Psychic version of this effect also exists, as Palm Strike, with the 
	same Power, Accuracy and type of damage. 

    WindSplitter is a new 70 Power Special Flying move that has a 25% 
	chance to lower the foe's Sp. Def.
